We recognise that our School does not exist in isolation.
We not only derive benefits from being based in
the centre of one of the most vibrant capital cities
in the world but we also feel a responsibility to
contribute to our local community.
Our choirs regularly perform in local
churches, both supporting their congregations and
also giving stand-alone concerts. Our senior pupils
take part in community service projects, such as
the local, annual 'Help the Aged' Tea Dance, as
well as raising large sums of money for a range
of local, national and international charities.
Our facilities are offered to local charities free
of charge for various events. Many of our girls
represent our Borough in sports such as hockey and
netball in the London Youth Games, whilst we also
run various coaching days for local junior schools.
These allow both the girls and our Staff to share
their expertise.
We are fortunate enough to have a
thriving Parents' Association which organises both
social events and also fund-raising activities.
