Mandala Club

Since lockdown in the summer, More House pupils, parents and staff have been busy creating a variety of patches and pom poms to create our Corona quilts, which will go on permanent display at school as a reminder of extraordinary experiences this year in lockdown and coping with Coronavirus.

The school will be donating funds to the Cardinal Hume Centre for the homeless, rather than donating the quilts as originally planned, as it felt that the quilt will provide a great witness to More House communities coming together with this project.

To finish off the quilt trimmings the school community also made a number of pom poms which the Year 7 Mandalal Club are sewing onto the quilts as they are being finished.

Thank you to everybody for such a great community effort!
