More Holidays is a recurring activity programme taking place throughout the year, during the school holidays. Each course has a different theme, devised by More House School’s brilliant Lower Sixth leadership team and staff members. More Holidays uses children’s creativity to explore thoughtful themes through visual and performing arts – whilst also incorporating sport, history and languages to name a few!
More Holidays courses are open to all children from 8 – 14 years old.
Using More House School as our base, we make great use of the drama studio, art rooms, dining room and courtyard but – often venture off-site. More holidays is a great opportunity to utilise our brilliant central London location through extra-curricular activities.
Our next course ‘More Summer – Around the World’ will be taking place from 18th – 22nd July. During the course, the children will take part in a range of activities – all the while exploring their own cultural background, discovering more about other countries and learning what home means to them.
The More Holiday team consists of our current staff and Lower Sixth A-Level Business students who have brought the programme to life, whilst working on the course and building relationships with the children. Our Lower Sixth team are the driving force behind More Holiday’s administration, marketing and course content, which includes managing and brainstorming with their year group to devise relevant activities (not to mention taking our superb photographs from the Easter course!)
More Holidays encourages your child to expand their friendships across age groups and learn outside of their school curriculum through a fun and creative lens. For pupils about to join us or considering us in the future, it is a wonderful opportunity to get to know us as a school.

More Easter was such a wonderful and fun filled week, my daughter enjoyed herself enormously and was very sad to leave. It was so lovely to see all the girls becoming friends and she adored her teachers.’ – Parent of More Easter attendee.
