A Coronation Chronicle!

More House celebrated in style, marking the coronation of King Charles with fun and frolics.  We began with a very cultured breaktime featured pupils from all year groups sitting down to enjoy scones (laced with cream and jam), washed down with the finest Yorkshire tea. There was then an explosion of culinary delights on offer at lunchtime. Brahim and his team pulled out all the stops with a magnificent feast, fit for a King, which included the King’s quiche, bangers and mash and trifle for afters. Meanwhile it was Coronation Capers in the studio, when members of the Sixth Form helped staff and students decorate crowns to wear! Finally, Memories of a Monarchy was the theme for our very own time capsule which took pride of place in the Art Studio and featured the handprints of the whole More House community.
