During Wellbeing Week More House girls have been taking part in various activities to help improve wellbeing. It has been great to see so many involved in the workout each morning.

Every day during the week at the end of form-time students had fun, singing along to some inspirational music sung by some incredibly inspirational women, such as Fight Song by Rachel Platten.

They were singing for real, but everyone else viewed them lip-syncing! It was lovely to have feedback on how much fun the girls had with this activity. Well done girls!

During the week we have also been trying to walk, run and cycle the length of the UK. Starting at Land’s End and aiming to reach John O’Groats by Sunday, the whole school community have been recording their wellbeing time outside. Despite the rain and wind the girls have managed to reach 634km by Friday with 336km to complete in the final days.

We encourage the girls to keep active during lockdown and continue to get their steps in every day. They should aim for 60 active minutes and aim to spread activity throughout the day. All activities should make you breathe faster and feel warmer.
